hav you guys ever experienced a type of REM, i was feeling a bit panicky last night so i think that that might have had a lot to do with it, i was moving my eyes like crazy, sorta like REM (Rapid Eye Movement) and it was really hard to focus on things for a long tie, like i was having trouble just even reading the time on my phone..
don't know if this is a "normal" thing or not, and help would be appreciated, and if this thread is no good, or against rules just delete it:D |

Who can ever read their phone? Try sending text messages and scrolling thru' the phone book, it won't be possible.
Are you talking about E Dreams? I get them when I'm trying to fall asleep after a long night. It gets weird when the dreams merge into reality, like when an energy hand comes out of the walls. |
