Although there may be 300-400mg of powder in a capsule, that does not mean there is 300-400mg of MDMA. Generally speaking, MDMA capsules have a marginal amount of extra MDMA. Unless someone is doing you a huge favour, I would wager to say that you would never get a capsule with that amount of MDMA. |

unless you buy powder in "bulk" and get 500mg empty gelcaps from a health food store and only fill one half.
Or so I've been led to believe. |

Which would be 250mg of what was sold to you as "MDMA", but there is definately not 250mg of the chemical MDMA in there. |
