Dave 202, got his EP and his last release, but I dont' know much about him. Anyone know anything??

Today Dave 202 is one of most wanted Swiss Trance DJs and favorite of the party community in Zurich. His sound the Trance is a commercial, melodic direction of Techno music, which due to its large variety is not only liked by party people but is also daily represented in the media through radio and music stations such as VIVA & MTV and therefore gets listened by a wide range of people.
Although he didn’t discover his love for the turntables till late, he got, thank to his presence and his commitments for the Tarot/OXA crew, his personal contact to the public, as well as his hitting sound and the perfect mixes, within shortest time the checkout hit and hanging up sign of many Tarot Parties.
This all began as with most DJs with little steps. As a result of his interests and the engaged assistance in the youth center of Waedenswil, he got the possibility of using the provided equipment, trying first steps in mixing and showing his talent at local gigs.
His style to draw the public by selection of the music and through his positive energy under his spell, got around fast and Dave 202 officially was engaged through the Tarot family in 1994/1995, where he is still resident DJ at the OXA-Dancehall today.
This contact helped the native Italian to get important national bookings as for example at the Orbit- and Goliath-Parties, as well as at the annual Streetparade, and made his name also well-known beyond the national boundaries.
For more then two years, Dave 202 is now exclusively working for the Tarot GmbH where he is also responsible for the administration and the flyer distribution, as well as for the ticket office at various events.
In May 1999 he released the first OXA Late Night Compilation, where he could do the selection of the tracks and also the live mixing.
Now we write the year 2000 and can state that this is the ultimate Dave202-year. He did not only have the possibility to mix the new Futurescope 14 CD in spring, no he was also asked from the “Verein Streetparade” to arrange and mix this year’s Streetparade Compilation and to produce the official Streetparade hymn “Believe in love”.
The Streetparade weekend was a full success: Dave 202 finally showed his talent in mixing from the official Streetparade mobile of TBA records.
Last but not least he was on the road for VIVA television with Daisy Dee and DJ Mas Ricardo, had the possibility to interview different national DJs and could collect impressions and feelings of this year’s parade for a special transmission of the club rotation magazine.

| Thanks for the info Kurai, pretty much everything of Dave 202's I've heard is brilliant, I recommend Living on the Edge EP btw :) |
