I always lol at these fast diets that say lose 20 pounds in a week...you gain it back the next week!!!


so listen to bas and energyhaX, change the diet a bit and do some exercises, maybe invest in a treadmill.

I said that to Bunny everytime she microwaved one of those dinners. "I don't get it, you can microwave coke now?" I laughed and laughed, she got tired of it after a while though :(

Joking aside, The South Beach Diet (coupled with excercise) really does work. She lost 5 pounds in just under two weeks.

Two words..... DR. BERNSTEIN! I went to Dr. Bernstein's clinic in Toronto back in 2000.... I lost just over 100 pounds in 4 months, haven't put any of it back on. He's got an office in Calgary... look it up. It ain't cheap but there's no exercise required, you'll save a load on food, and if you're only looking to lose 20 pounds it should only take you a few weeks (typically you'll lose 5-8 pounds per week on this program).
