Chicane's old stuff is great, but that's not the point. The point is there are TOO many re-releases and not enough originally nowadays in trance music. Even the tracks that are original tunes, aren't really because they borrow so much from other tracks, sometimes sounding nearly identical. |

Not only that, but the production quality in general on this one sounds abysmal.
Really, this is an absolutely butchering of "Saltwater." How rubbish like this is even released is frightening to me... :( |

After you sent me that link I thought "Hmm it couldnt be THAT bad". How wrong I was. I have a good mind to jump out the window just to end the pain of having listened to this unimaginable tripe.

I honestly don't believe Chicane made this remix.
If they did, why hasn't anyone told them how bad it is?
If they didn't, the guy that did the remix was eventually smart enough to NOT put his name behind the track, otherwise he would be known as 'the guy who ed up Saltwater'. |
