listening...i think you're having major clipping issues. To be honest i think you should work more on the back ground of the song...like the bassline and percs. Make them surround the melody lines because as it is, they are way too dominant. Perhaps add some pads and strings in there as well. I do like the melody line though, i think that if you changed your lead it would sound much better. Keep it up.

Hmm I do agree on some of the points, I guess this track needs more than just 1 hour of work , I'll tweak it tonight and see what I could enhance.
Thanks for your feedback |

Nice melody !
Don't pan that much your intruments. At the end it's a little bit disturbing :-)
As already said, add sections were there's less melodies, but bring more atmosphere; like pads or effects.
Try also to vary your intruments sounds or pre-sets; one for the lead, one for the string, one for the pads, etc...
But the track has some potential :-)

i think some areas are too loud. drop some levels. interesting melodies some good synth useage although i would add some reverb and delay on them and eq them so they sit better in the mix.
good start though a bit of work and it could be a good track!
good luck! |

Hi
Same for me. The link you provide is either out of date or downloaded the maximum number of times. I think you will have to resend or renew the upload...

I think the major area that I have a problem in is equalization, I am just weak in that area, I would appreciate if someone can point me to something that would help me out, Keep in mind that I am not doing this through some software tool, this is all being done on my KORG Electribe EMX-1 Music Production Station, I am recording through an input line on my PC, that's the major reason why I am having issues with sound quality.
However you guys 's feedback helped a lot pin point some other weakness areas I have, so thanks a bunch :)

I have no idea why you guys can't download the track, I have just changed the link to point to the page containing the MP3 instead of directly to the MP3, perhaps there was a incompatibility issue with your browsers, anyways try it now, this should work, as I have just tested the link and I downloaded OK! You may want to try a different browser, I am using Firefox and it downloads OK.
Cheers

| Nice work. I agree the melodies are interesting. Bring the kick out some. As someone else said, there is quite a bit of clipping. Make sure your melodies all line up too. There are several areas that are extremely dissonant. I dont know if this was on purpose or not. Ad as other people have said, bring the leads down and the bass and rhythm elements out. Good work. |

Thanks for taking the time to review and give feedback, I appreciate the advice :)
I would appreciate if you can point out exactly at what part in the track you noticed dissonance, then maybe I can figure if that was an intention or a mistake ;)
