been there done that ....
group work project where everyone was graded individually.... I did all the work and always got the worst grade of the group :whip: |

ha i had a group paper earlier this term, met the two ppl at the library one day, we figured we'd get one half of it done, do the rest by ourselves and email them to one person to put it all together
so we show up there and i can tell both of them assume i'm gonna be the useless person in every group project, i was chillin on my laptop writing a bit
so we all get divided up and start working, after about 10 minutes i run to get some coffee, stop on the way back to talk to a friend
almost 45 minutes gone by and one of them asks how i'm coming
i had a page and a half
bitchin.
so then i'm looking over one of the other ppl's parts and corrected the out of it, some people these days just don't know grammar :/

| i HATE group work. i am capable of doing silly assignments by myself. i'd raer suffer doing it by myself than aving to rely on others. right now, i'm in a group project and luckily i like the people in my group. |

group work does suck, especially if you are stuck with a bunch of idiots. when I was in university I was stuck with a bunch of nOObs in this editing course! Fuk I was so mad, but we got and A+ because I am a kick ass editor! |

FAO Pete: I'm getting pwnd by group work right now.
Myself and two others are working on this Israel policy paper, one of them has been spot on and totally on time with his work - Right now I'm still waiting on the other to get me his work so that I can spend my entire night synthesizing it all into one coherent paper and presentation.
I can't even start until this kid gets me his , and it HAS to be done today :( |

But seriously, this kid is also my pot hook up - So I've cut him significant slack in the name of "favors." At this point though, he knows he's gotta get his done - I was told I'd have his work by 5, we'll see... |

i have a group presentation due tomorrow. i HATE group work. i HATE it. there was only one other group member who was really repsonsible. some bitch in my group tried to say that i never called her to meet up for a group meeting. i SHOWED her the dialed calls on my phone...BOTH numbers she gave me and then she said i called the wrong number. um...NO I DIDN'T! i heard her voice greeting. she is so stupid.
now we hve to complete a 20 page paper due by the 18th. i'd rather have done the project myself and do all 20 pages myself. i HATE relying on other people with a passion. |

i had to present law cases in front of the class last friday ....im unfortunately working with a guy (wasnt my choice):( he didnt do anything .....it was first planned we would be half /half .....he called me saying he was so depressed and so down and asked me to do his part ....i couldnt refuse because if the work wasnt done by any of us .....the grade would have suffered
the presentation has been delayed to this comming friday and i really hope he will have done his work (i ended up doing the whole thing anyway ) but still.....
especially when people told me the day he called me so depressed he kinda hung out the whole day at the café of the uni ......
i love being taken for a moron
:( but blah sooner or later i'll pwn him !
i cant ing stand this guy who always shows off and behave like "Mr cool" player look ....always hanging out with a lot of girls .....he is just an ass

yeah gp work is gay.
i remember in hs when marks mattered, and i was in a gp of tards... i worked my ass off, expectin full marks... but the tards forgot to put in and i was :@ w/ an a. sounds stupid, but u probably dont understand. i still give them bout it when we play cricket; they is cool |

I feel for ya man. I got my paper back today. 70/100. The prof said that the idea's and content was good, but the report itself came off as too much of a "rough draft". I didn't break down some of my idea's clearly enough, and the final part (Implementation, Evaluation & Control) was not detailed enough. I don't blame him, I was up until 5am writing the paper, then woke up at 10am to finish writing it. I didn't have any time whatsoever to go back over it and edit it. I usually do all that the night before, but this time I had to write the report from scratch practically.
Now I have another group report to do, but I really lucked out this time. It's a 2 person project, and the guy I'm with is a bigger pothead than me, and just as creative when it comes to doing a marketing related . I wish I knew people like him at the beginning of college, and not in my final year. |
