Here's something really cool that Xerox is sponsoring...
If you go to this web site, www.letssaythanks.com , you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print and mail it to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.
How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!!
This is a great site.
Please send a card.
It is FREE and it only takes a minute of your time.
Whether you are for or against the war, our guys and gals over there need to know we are behind them...

more soliders have died than victims in the 9/11 trajedy...
more days have passed in this "war" than in world war II...
instead of cards... shouldn't we be sending tickets for a ride home? :(
(just an innocent coherent thought) |

agreed. instead of sending 3 new groups of soilders (who are presently in safer parts of iraq) to baghdad only to be caught in the crossfire of that damm civil war. The leadership of this inept administration is just too much. |

The sad reality.
What is the U.S. to do now that civil war has erupted in Iraq? What if an exteremist theocracy is put into place? Will the U.S. keep knocking every faction out of power until a favorable leader is installed and the U.S. can run a puppet government? The U.S. has no place in Iraq and should never have set foot in Iraq to begin with, I'm sure 3,000+ mothers will agree. |
