You should know that any software that removes say the fundamental frequencies of the vocals from a MIX will end up removing lots of other stuff occupying that same sonic space also and still there will be remnants of the vocal track. Conversely, if the software was to remove all traces of the vocal, which consists of harmonics spanning the whole spectrum, it would end up removing basically the whole song with it! In any case you will end with something that isn't useful for production purposes. |

if you want to use a program like the one mentioned for 'instant karooke' while you're with drunk ppl, then i guess its "fine" but for any realistic production purpose, this is a pointless search. The result in the karooke remover kills the higher frequency as a compromise. |

works plenty good for hiphop production which im using for lol
its still usable without alittle of the highs.. i use vinyl samples with crackles and pops too doesnt have to be perfect in hiphop. |
