So there's been tons of rumors that Daft Punk will never play in the US after the BANG! Festival in Miami or stop touring altogether...
The Miami Herald interviewed Guy-Manuel De Homem-Christo of Daft Punk and ask him about the rumors....here's how it went...
Herald: I heard that BANG! will be Daft Punk's final live performance?
Guy-Manuel:Where did you hear that? That's a rumor I'm not sure how started. It'll be the last of this year, but not the future.
So there you have it. It's a bull rumor!

Actually, I heard that story before Bang festival was announced. I thought Coachella was supposed to be their last show.

yeah i heard that. But according to their interview... next year they planned for more tours (didn't actually state that they would be back in the US though)

Daft Punk coould take the US by storm if they worked it. Can't even count how many kids I saw come back from coachella with two new music idols, when they didn't even know about them prior...
