It's shareware. You can use it for like 15 changes or 30 days and then you would need to pay for it. But I found out if you delete the program once it's expired, and download it again, it works fine.
Another way you can change the icons is the hard way by selecting 'Get Info' of whatever icon you want to use, copy the small icon on the top of the box and then select 'Get Info' of the file you want to change and paste on top of its icon. |

It's shareware too (for 30 days).
and to get themes and icons, go to http://interfacelift.com/
There's loads to choose from but can be a bit of a nuisanse going through the pages. |
