Yea it was my first time seeing him. He was very spotty for me. One okay song then he would drop crap, then another good song, then more crap. I like house but wasnt really feeling his set.

Yea that's how I feel about him. He plays stuff I like then crap for awhile then something else I like then more crap. But you don't get on the DJ Mag top 100 without playing cheesy crap so. |

yea dan is a nice guy.
my theory as to how he got on the 5 spot is by name. meeting other djs i met tons that call themselves dj dan... and they all either do house or hip hop. some were very popular some were just out of towners that brag about themselves.
as for his music... i cant fckn stand it. its like 132 133 house. jesus is just... ugh god... i was there for the event n the spot was pumpin house. just too much for my ears. and maybe the soundsystem being cranked too loud had something to do with it. |
