trust me it's not fun.
i would never wanna be a property manager after this job. i just do data entry things.
we manage the properties like fix ppl's units if they have roof damage or a fire. it's not showing off properties. we gotta make sure we pay the light bill/water + sewer type of stuff |

I've heard stories in the news about snakes coming out of the toilet bowl dude, but never rats. If I would have had my gun, that would have been a major risk. It would have been quick, but what if I would have missed? I would have chipped the porcelain of the bowl, big time and maybe injured myself. I'm not THAT good of a shot.
This might be a "Only in FL" story though, hehe. I didn't get to sleep till around 6 or so. Adrenaline took quite some time to thin out.
