i hate coat check so much that when i saw PVD in Chicago, i begged the bouncer to let me back in after i ran 5 blocks back to my car to leave my coat there and then ran back... in the middle of November when it was like 35º out, lol.

hehe...yeah..I guess they are cooler with some chicks cause they wear mini skirts and all that.....i might be wrong too

I can't wait for the first dusting of fresh powder here. Its the cold that i don't want.I have it all planned out.As soon as the snow gets sticky enough for nice wet snow balls...im going to put every speaker i can find and place them near open windows.I'm going to play Muzz and Mann-Panik at full blast on repeat and terrorise my neighbour. This and a few snowball to the dome will help him realize that it isn't cool to shovel his snow and dump it on my driveway.I love white Christmas.

I used to work for Auto Trader as an outside sales rep. One morning i wake up & we got alot of snow, prolly 10 inches or more. My manager paged all his reps from his house early. I just looked & seen his code so i called his office phone at 7am when he paged me. Well turns out he didnt go to work & was paging reps cause he didnt expect any sales reps to see thier accounts either. I didnt know this since we only went to the office for deadline. Well i went to my accounts & went back in the office for deadline that day around 3pm. The whole office looked at me like i was a hero cause i was the only sales rep working that day. I was like WTF its just snow.

nah dude.. this is Wisco! at least at my office everyone is very cool about weather related stuff. half the office is missing today but we're just goin on like it's any other day but it's actually more fun. the president of our company went to go pick up pizza for everyone so that no one would have to leave for lunch, and our office is closing early so that we have time to clean off our cars and get home at a reasonable time.

luckily for me the snow is supposed to stop soon, and even though ive got a long drive after work since i'm goin to see RJT, i'm heading northwest so i'll be going away from the worst of the snowfall. i'm just hoping that the local roads are gonna be better by 3pm, because they were terrible this morning.

:stongue: that's like in jersey, when they get 2 inches, they freak out and go into a state of emergency.

employers are pretty understanding about it here, they don't want to see anyone get hurt on the roads, and would rather you took your time and got there a few minutes late, then not at all. but it sucks now, because it takes me 5 min to walk to work, so i don't really have an excuse.

omg, nothing beat being little and having your mom come in your room and say 'snow day!' :gsmile:
