Hey people ;)
This one is taking ages to finish! It's about four weeks in progress now... looking for the right sounds and other thingy's ;)
So please tell me what you think of this one so far :
(use right click and save as)
lightworks - frozen dreams (preview mix)
It's slightly more progressive and mellow than the others i used to make, but let me know your thoughts :)

Hi lightworks !
Great track, sounds professional, but not perfect:
I like it until 3:10. The piano has some anoying noise ( sounds like from vinyl ), and the sound beginning at 3:38 is unimpressive. After the break nothing spectacular happens, not even a new nice sound ( I remember your remix of DJ Sakin & friends, I liked the melody sound very much...). It just goes nowwhere.
Anyway I like it very much.

i'll check about the piano thingy right away, i think there could be some fuzz about it that's not filtered out, i'll see ;)
about the main lead, it's not exactly meant to be a really powerful track, otherwise i would change the whole meaning of the track if i'd implement a lead like in dj sakin & friends :) but maybe i'll fix some sounds right...
anyways, i'll wait and see if other people have some things to say about it :)

OK... I don't like this too much (Prefer saying that than lying...)
Sounds a bit messy IMO after the big break, like nothing is dominant...
Piano line is OK, but it has an eaky sound to it, so as long as the piano is played when there are no Kicks and Strings, sounds kinda disturbing. |

ok thx odrori...
i'm working on it right now, adding some nice leads for after the break. it's not that i meant anything to be really dominant with this tune though, simply a relaxing, calm track with alot of pads/strings/pianos. maybe i'll fix the piano so that it sounds more natural :)
maybe the track isn't up to everyone's taste to what i usually make, but i wanted to take a little twist...
