How fast are the forums now?

| Just as I was about to vote for this I got the message "forum's will be back in 10 minutes"! I chose way faster, but I don't really feel it's that much faster, I'm not getting the "server busy" message all the time now! |

Ye they are a bit quicker than before all the busy messages, it wouldnt make too much difference with my computer though, its as good as a brick with a power cable in the back... I like all the fancy upgrades with vBulletin (i.e. PM's subscriptions and profile things) very cool :D This site just gets better and better hehe...

It is not faster...but I get more "server busy" message... Never had it before
maybe it is not faster because my internetspeed is really low.. :) (for dutch ppl -->> Casema .. it sais enough)

| about the same for me... i think anyway i never really payed too much attention. but not getting the server busy msgs anymore. thanks. |

| This prolly sounds wierd but I only get the busy messeges during the day here, it's sometimes impossible, like today for example to reply to a thread let alone load one to read it without getting a busy message. At night though, its fast. |

Yea I know it was ed up a few times this afternoon as well.. It's getting there... trust me.. it's annoying for me as well :( |

I got ADSL and it's not that fast, it's faster than cable but I hope you don't expect +/- 500 kb/s it's about 200 kb/s. But that's still fast. |

| The forum seems to be a lot slower than before + I get busy messages almost every time I browse. I guess vBulletin script isn't very scalable or then it's the SQL backend... |
