Loyalty Programs

Hey Everyone,

One of my groups assignments in school is to research loyalty programs and I’m looking for a little help from you guys. If you guys wouldn’t mind taking a couple of seconds to just fill out the following survey, I would much appreciate it.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks associated with answering these questions. If for some reason you feel uncomfortable at any point answering these questions, you can choose not to answer them. It is an essential part of this project to know what you (the consumer) feel about this loyalty program.

Your responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will only be submitted to the class professor and shared with the class in the form of a presentation. If you guys have further questions regarding the survey, then please contact me at samad.shirazie@gmail.com.

5. What do you like best about your loyalty program

Am able to accumulate points to receive free flight anywhere in the world by using my CC to make everyday purchases. (some how I received 10,000 free aeroplan miles last month..don't know how, but i'm not going to complain).

6. What is one thing you would change about your loyalty program

Well up until recently, you were only able to redeem Aeroplan miles for a select number of seats for each flight. They have changed that now, and you are able to purchase any seat on any flight (however the amount of points has increased).
I guess the only thing I would change is that points expire now, and it requires quite a bit of Aeroplan points to get a free flight.
