| Unsure about mac's in general, but on the PC I disabled mine through BIOS.. does MAC have a BIOS? sorry for the noob answer-with-a-question =) |

well even if your a noob your on the right track....I ave got the Motu card working and cant adjust any volume settings through the Motu console....here is what is posted in another forum....
""anyone with an intel imac and a motu 828 firewire PLEASE HELP!!...everything is working fine but i cant seem to adjust any volumes in the motu console. the sound just plays at full blast it sounds like....I just have firewire in the motu and main outs out.....nothing fancy. ...i think i do need to disable the onboard sound but ive been looking all day and i cant find anything on google about how to disable the onboard sound of the Intel Imac....If anyone knows help!!
p.s. ...what the hell is with Mac? you cant change the outputs of any of thier audio app's like Itunes or Quicktime??! |
