It seemed retarded to me too, but that's what the official website says.
They really make the whole event sound unappealing...for example, in the FAQs there is a question about disabled viewing locations, and like every other answer to every other question, they stress how the spots will fill up fast, come early, blah blah. They say it so many times on the webpage it makes you think "holy , it's going to be annoyingly busy." |

Okay. Why are you going to NYC in the first place?
