How to get rif of Ads from djmixes2k ?

So I was using djmixes2k.com to download some live sets. Now my computer keeps popping up annoying ads. Anybody know how to get rid of them ?
I've tried some ad removal software but it hasn't worked.

Doesn't DJMixes2K use Anti-Leech to protect links?
Try removing the Anti-Leech plugin. |
