Seriously though, WTF? I don't understand it at all, I mean, I get that libido can be obliterated after a child but as a woman, I really don't understand how you can't give your hubby 15 mins once or twice a week no matter how tired you are...

The problem also happens as no one wants to be with someone that just grins and bears it. Makes the hubby feel like yet another chore on the wife's to-do list. It's tough on both sides...for the mom who's new to this whole thing it's hard to feel sexy when you now live in your PJ's, getting 10 minutes for a shower feels like a luxury and all the changes to your body (and THERE ARE TONS OF THEM...hehe i could tell u horror stories that will almost guarantee you won't want one) it's tough.
We initiated date night about a year ago. It sounded cheesy at first but having a night away from baby helps you remember who you were before the bundle of joy came into your life.
(now i feel way too old to still party LOL) |
