although, the greed and commercialism make me sick. it's like people making out shopping lists, nothing's a surprise, and no thought goes into gift giving.
if you don't know them well enough to figure out something that will make them happy, are they really in that close gift-giving circle of yours?
i know this thread is just for fun, but it just brings to mind how people say, "i need a christmas list from you" or "here's my christmas list". i won't give anyone a christmas list. |

The Shannanigans resident needs an entire female freshining up box, really could have used it on sunday... I said awhile ago i was gonna make one, never did though.
Oh and toothbrushes, hope justin doesnt have gum disease ;) |

Try the Jim Butcher series as well - another favorite. Sci-Fi Channel is making a series out of it - due out in Feb 2007. I also like Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld series and Laurell K Hamilton for pure fantasy and smut value.
Also, Preacher - one of the best comic book series - is being produced by HBO as a series! :eyes: Yeah, I'm a dork - sue me! |

That comic is SO RIDICULOUS if you ask me. I cant stand its content. My buddy Mat was its largest fan back in teh day. I never liked it on any level. The comic is simply too much for me.
For Christmas, I would love to have the complete works of J. Scott Campbell though! :gsmile: |
