can u idiots stop associating sander van doorn with hard trance.....he does nothing of the sort. compare his tracks to dj dean, dj scot project and some of the other obvious hard trance artists and you'll c they are completely ing different.

personally i think hard trance is kinda dead, i used to listen to it... names of alphazone, walt, lee haslam, vinylgroover etc...
now my tastes have really moved onto progressive, progressive trance...
altho i do pick up the occasional hard nrg cd from sanity... |

Yeah, unfortunately Hard Trance is in a ty state these days. Plus a lot of people seems to be somewhat confused as to what is Hard Trance. A tip: Marcel Woods and Sander Van Doorn has never made any hard trance.
However, some interesting stuff has come out this year (IMHO):
Kamui - Victory (Virus Inc Remix)

BBE - Seven Days and One Week (Mark Sherry's 2006 Outburst Remix)

it's sad that hardtrance as a genre is next to dead. alot of the old german hardtrance producers have either quit or are producing cheesy eurodance etc.
Still enjoy to play some oldies from Jon The Dentist, Baby Doc, Nostrum etc. |
