During the day mine is set at 65 and at night 61. With high heat and electric costs... I don't mind wearing long sleeves and wool socks.

Suck it up princess.

precisely, it's so easy to wear a sweater or a long sleeved t-shirt & some warm socks. Fuel prices in the UK have gone up at such a high rate in thel ast 2 years that you have to look at ways of making money go further

When I went to bed two nights ago, the temperature in my room was over 100 degrees Farhenheiit, when I woke up at 4 in the morning, it was closer to 40.

Our heat sucks :(

for cheap heating, buy an old Computer, like the Cyrix range from a while back, which overheated regularly!

I wasn't really complaining about the current temperature. It got down to 57 last night. I was concerned more about my father more than anything.

Or just an old CRT monitor. Those put out a ton of heat.

So is this the point where we are taking your cue to ask about your father? Is that the point of the thread? Why not just talk about him, rather than have the random person say "ohhhh whats wrong with your daddy?"

Not really. I've posted about him before.

It was an event that made my house crazy, and out of the ordinary. Worthy of a thread, IMO.
