Same track-Different Labels

Been curious about something. When I look for music, sometimes I will see a track that is listed twice under two labels. I just saw one that was listed under Anjunabeats and Ultra.
Doesn't this create a conflict of interest? |

| the original label may have release rights for awhile, even though another's picked it up, correct? |

| also, they have different distribution areas. so two labels might pick up the same track, one for europe, one for the u.s. etc |

Yes very correct. nothing pisses me off more than when i want a track off of beat port and it gives me a damn territory pop up. |
