A bit thick headed aren't you? I never said anything about Sasha being the first person to discover Ableton, it's just he started using it differently which let many others find out (including me) about program.
He still plays what he wants (and recently is in top form, ask anyone who has been to a gig of his recently) and does what he wants with the music, no matter what people say.
At the end of the day, there will be people who like and people who don't. There's no changing that. |

You can call him an ableton follower all you want but NOBODY has made themself a custom controller that is that ing sex.
Whether he uses it to its fullest is clearly debatable, and I would say he doesnt at all...but its his mixing platform, and together with his ableton setup it is completely unique... |

I've seen alot of custom controllers buddy, if you know of any that seem to be better than Maven, let me know ;p
There was one custom german one with a massive number of buttons and channels that looked cool, which I saw in DJ booth forum, but nothing I have seen comes close to bringing a full on traditional style mixer that is tailored for ableton use like Maven.
And yeah I know he didnt build it himself... :p |

Original is out...but I have no idea on the audiofly mix...too bad...that bassline is ing sick!
Sasha seems to get Audiofly stuff WAYYYY in advance...like when he was playing Circles back in early 2005...it got released in Feb of 06 :eyespop: |
