A few month's ago yes.
edit // However, if you purchased your tickets from Groovetickets, they automatically refunded the money. I was talking with someone from Groovetickets and they refunded all tickets purchased from them for Giant NYE. Anyone that bought their tickets directly from Giant or Virgin or anything other than Groovetickets had the option of getting a refund or getting a "make up". The make up was free entry to Giant Village: Summer In The City.
The time frame that was required was only about a week, so anyone that missed the deadline got screwed. Somehow I managed to get both free entry into Summer In The City AND a refund from Groovetickets. |

| I'm think they are giving everybody 2 make ups. Because it was already "made up" to me during the summer time.. but I guessing I'm getting made up..again... YES!!! =) |

It's about damn time.
If you want a refund however....... it will be processed sometime next year. I think they need a beeter accountant and they need to get audited. |

I'm FINALLY getting my 8 VIP tickets from last year exchanged for this year's VIP tickets (I bought hard tickets from a brick and mortar). Lucky me though, none of my friends are willing to go to Giant (Half of the group flew in from out of state. The other half won't go because Giant Village ran out of water this summer. No one really).
Needless to say, if anyone is interested in VIP tickets @ $125 each, send me a message! |

| Actually my friend and I won the original Giant Village tickets from KIIS FM. So technically 2 of the parties are free (minus the cost of gas to drive to the clear channel building to pick up the tickets!) =) |
