Sorry for all you Matt Darey fans, he doesn't dj, only produces...
and he hasn't released anything for awhile has he??? like since 2000 i think!
People I'd like to see perform here (in no particular order): Blank & Jones (even though they were here before at Limelight for their cd release or sumthin like that, I missed it), Lange (pleeeeeeaaaaaase!!), PUSH/M.I.K.E (for the love of god pleeeeeaaaaaase!!! my first choice!!), Dumonde, Rank 1, Kai Tracid (oh baby that'd be awesome), Pulser (sweet jesus that'd be great!), and doesn't Laurent Veronez spin? if so, there's another choice! |

john 00 flemming was here at wemf 2000 and 2001 i believe
he also headlined an ascension or 2 i believe over the past 2+ years
johan gielen was here...i think it was in september or october @ limelight
it was AMAZING!...too bad there wasn't a large turnout
i hate the toronto scene for the sake that not a lot of unknown (in toronto) dj's can be brought in because the partiers only go for names that they know (ie. have been here a million times before)
i would love to see blank & jones, talla 2xlc or dj cross!
im not sure if they do live sets or not...but i would love to see above & beyond (ie. oceanlab) |

Yea Matt Darey just started djing maybe like a year ago (so dont expect him to be any good anyways), i saw a blurb on him in one of my Mixmag's from last year, also he released a song last summer too, i thought it was , it was kind of like a hard house/trance hybrid.
As for JOOF, he was also here @ GUV in the fall of 1999, when Trance was at it's peak. One of the better "trance" sets I ever heard at GUV. Personally I think hes a PUNK though and wouldnt go to see him live again... |
