Yes!!! Carl Cox was awesome without a doubt bro. I honestly expected every dj to play and perform their bests at Ultra, but Carl Cox just blew me away at Ultra... simply amazing. :D :D :D |

Edgar V was ballin boy, he was throwin straight fire at us. You were bustin it hardcore on em buddy. I was kinda tired after that but good thing we watched all the hoes walk by until we got ready for oakie-pvd...

| I had a great time. i was in there the whole time. I'm glad I got to meet quite a few of you, Quest 4 Sunrise, Starfox, ABT, Ur dream grl, trance[]control-fan, kozok, and i don't remember if i met anyone else (if i did, sorry for not menshoning you). I wan't expecting to meet anyone! It was wicked cool that I did! I spotted mike with the big hat, and i remembered reading in a post on here a while ago that someone would be wearing it! I cant believe i remembered. anyways, I got to go backstage and i met paul oakenfold hehe. He was cool, wasn't really that friendly, but he was being swarmed (attacked=) by like tons of people so i don't blame him. and I met a few other good dj's as well, and got a ton of great pictures! Crazy music! I remember seeing: Edgar V, Dune King, Icey, Baby Anne, Del the funky homosapain, tall paul, dimitry from amterdam, feelgood, dj dan, carl cox, bt, tiesto, paul oakenfold, paul van dyk, sander kleinenberg, crystal method, ak1200...hehe thats all i can think of for now. i can't wait for next year...ill be 21 and ill get to go to everything!!!!! |

| ok, i just got home now and I havent slept in almost 50 hours now so bear withg me. It was great meeting up with the other ta's (you know who you are) but ultra didnt start out great. the line to get in was retarded and the people running it were complete sieves. I could have hired corky from life goes on to do a better job. we waited in line 45 minutes befroe waiting 20 more minutes in 2 more lines before we finally got in. I got to hear edgar v. 1st and i thought he was one of the best djs of the day and also one of the few that didnt trainwreck. The progressive tent was good as well, but I thought overall that ULTRA was pretty bad. I thought the track selections from most of the djs was poor and the mixing was even worse. Sander Snoozenberg ed up every mix he tried going a perfect 6/6 in trainwrecks. He even managed to put 35,000 people to sleep. I didnt think Oaky was much better so I left to hear Scott Bond in the US tent. He was ok but his mixing was poor as well. It wasnt until john graham that i heard a great mixed set but im not a big fan of prog so i didnt stay long. There are too many djs i saw that dissappointed me and I must say that overall I was not impressed at all. The crowd was filed with a bunch of whistle blowing tools and airhorns blaring and distorting any trance that i could hear. PVD didnt spin long enough to get anyone goig and I thought tiesto didnt have enough time either. Carl cox played well i thought but i didnt like his track selection except for ben sims - manipulated. Out of all the parties i attended this week I ranked Ultra second to last just beating out PVD @ That hole piss-poor club known as Space. |

thats cuz miami is filled with a bunch of retards! i actually stole someones whistle they were pissing me off so much during tiesto...i just yoinked it out of his mouth and said "what bitch? lemme hear the music"....he was about to start some , but all my friends just looked at him and were like "what are you gonna do?"
lol, it sounds ghetto, but it was funny as :)

W00t! I had a blast. Heh except fer that lovely Everglades hotel that fooked up my reservetions. I met b0bb0 b4 i got in, and after that all of u other crazy whackos:) It was just crazy buffet crazy out there. Few things i didnt like:
-Standing i line to get in, and getting my lovely sunburn in the proces;
-$5 per silly bottle of water;
-ppl smokin weed, next to me;
I almost kicked some1s ass cause they were smokin that next to me. I don't have problem if u smoke it, just do it somewhere else :/
Heh and while u silly wabbits were crowded @ main stage i was chillin further back having all the room to dance :D Here's a pic, it was better than it looks

Ohh and next time they need to find larger venue or sell limited # of tickets cuz that place was crowded as fook. But still it was all good.
