Polt That is the control record's signal. I would make sure that you have all the cables setup correctly and check whether you have line or phono selected in the settings. Rebel Brown Is it coming through the actual speakers itself? If so, check that your line/phono switches are set to line and that all the cables are connected correctly. If it's just a faint high pitched noise in the background, it's the timecode itself coming through the needle.
