The rework mix of ATB's Let U Go has a male vocal. I know his first name is Jan but I don't know his last name, I've been google'n it to try to find info about him but nothing.. help anyone?

Jan Löchel to be precise ;)

He's also the vocalist in some 4 Strings tunes :)

In the newer mixes it's a male, in the older it was a woman

absolutely correct! Let U Go is a synth-popish song from a canadian rockband called The Wild Strawberries, which was remade by ATB in 2000 keeping the female vocalist from the original song. And then ATB remade it again in 2001. And then again in 2005, but this time with new male vocals :p

yes, very confusing :toothless

the version with the male vocals sounds awful. my ears are still bleeding. :nervous:

I kinda liked the 2005 chill version. The 2000/2001 version is also ok, but when the same singer started appearing in single after single after single, it got boring.

The 2005 album version is indeed not bad. But the 2005 (actually 2006) single versions are hideous! They even cancelled the Maxi CD release thank god :D

Little known fact: the 2005 version was planned to be released in the Netherlands aswell with a Ferry Corsten remix, but Ferry never got around to remix it... probably for the best ;)

The 2001 mixes are legendary :)
