Im kinda new to the whole trance/techno thing. But i just wanna say I love it, I love everythign form the ppl to the dj's. Amazing, I cannot believe I was lost with that image of listenign to rap and hip hop. What a mistake wasting my life away for such crap.. But I went my first rave with a few friends and loved it, Its all good. I just wanan say wasaap to all the guy/gals here and thank yall for turning me over ot the light side....

Welcome to the society =) I hope trance gives you as good vibes and energy as it has given me at parties & during freetime when I listen to some melodic stuff. I recommend you to check out discussion threads here regarding top 15 (/10/50 etc) favs to get some pointers to really awesome songs. Personally I don't think there's anything wrong with rap/rnb since I dig many such artists too. Ability to "understand" many genres reflects the richness of the mind. Let's be tolerant and enjoy the music which gives us the best feelings.

Welcome from me too, not that I'm a very old member 
You know what, in my opinion it's good to be into different kinds of music, whether it be electronic or something else.. I actually like hip hop, specially Outkast.. It's always good to have an open mind when it comes to music or you might miss out..
