| the average used to be 12000 miles. now its approx. 12- 15000 miles according to most professional reports.kellys blue book (kbb.com)gives a liberal mileage used on its used vehicles and most dealers and private sellers use this to price thier vehicles. to give you an example i just bought an 03 car with 28000 miles on it. according to kellys the milage should be around 55000 miles for a car this age. thats almost half the mileage .and i was looking at the exact car from other dealers with about 50 60 thou on them and the price they wanted was what i got mine for with only 28. |
