made it through the first night. rough night. took a couple hours to get to sleep. not used to not fapping before bed.
woke up very grumpy and irritated but that is pretty normal.
lets hope the first night is the worst.

yeah i figure it's doable. but for probably like 8 years i have fapped at least once a day. missing an odd day here and there do to extenuating circumstances. i even fap when i'm dog sick lol
