Anyone have mail problems?

The winner of the salvia giveaway and myself made a trade. I sent the salvia to him/her on December first, this person has not received it yet. I put it in a bag, and then in an envelope, flattened it so it didn't look awkward. I even put two stamps on it just in case it weighed too much.
The person who won my giveaway contest sent me a special Christmas card on December 8th and I received it today.
What is going on? |

| I think it's official. The US government swiped my salvia and I am now under surveillance. Maybe not official... But the winner has not gotten his salvia. |
