Someone buy me this..
It was developed by Dillinja and Lemon D.
Has 6 speaker stacks.. each 18 feet wide and 9 feet tall. 52 total subwoofers and it puts out 96 kilowatts of power.
Christ almighty! I want to hear it live!

yeah.. i'm a huge advocate of SQ over SPL. Guinness book of records was gonna test it to see if it's the loudest portable system in the world. Lemon D said it's more about the quality.
Also note that it's built for the acoustics of drum and bass.. I'm sure the sweeping bass lines of the genre sound amazing on it. |

I've actually seen this twice now and have to say it is absolutely immense!!! You stand in the middle of the dancefloor and feel your whole body vibrate with bass! Its unreal.
I was standing at the bar about 30 metres from the speakers and you could see in the tray to catch the dreggs from the beer that the liquid was properly rippling every time the bass drum kicked, it was crazy!
Ear plugs an absolute necessity though! |
