Zen Vision M Video Trouble

i just got this new mp3 player, it should play DivX, Avi, Mpeg1/2/3/4 etc.. but mine can only play "wmv". i think the codec is the problem.. but how do i put codecs on my zen?

| Maybe the videos weren't encoded properly. The Zen Vision M supports Divx version 4 and 5, Try loading an Xvid video, It should be able to play that to. |
