"Welcome to the D..." Help a guy that's been searching for years

Please help me find this track!!
Ever since i heard it in a mix, I've been in love with this specific track. I've played it to all record store owners I know and they all can't figure it out. It's been 4 years now and still no luck.
This is what I know about this track:
ATB played it in 2000 summer rave. Obviously they played alot of their new tracks ( i really don't know if it is theirs or not).
But I know the song had to be published in 2000 or before.
I think the voice is saying "Welcome to the Darkside" but it's really hard to tell. Sometimes i think he is saying "Welcome to the Docks" which makes no sense (to me at least).
Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.
If I could know the Name/Artist/Remix(Or Original mix)/ and where I can buy the single (MP3 format) I would be so gratefull.

As that track was release on Vandit Records, you can buy it from Paul van Dyk' shop www.paulvandyk.de or in mp3 on www.vonyc.com
That track is awesome i want to buy that vinyl. |
