[Uplifting Breaks] Roger Sanchez - Lost (Bren-F pres. Broken Circle Remix)

A good friend of mine hooked me up with the acapella for this track, and as I am a fan of the original tune - I decided to give it the Broken Circle treatment ;)
I've gone for a vocal heavy, electro style uplifting break beat track (try saying that after 10 Stella's! :rolleyes: )
Unfortunately the mix sounds a bit muddy at times due to the over-reverb on the vox - that is unavoidable due to the fx already on the acapella (no unprocessed vox for me this time :p )
This is a bit different from the stuff some may know me to usually come up with - but any feedback is (as always) much appreciated! :)

I like it! Though it's only 135bpm (if i measured correctly :p) i somehow got the impression that it was faster :D

| i like it dude.. i usually like your work so its no surprise.. one thing though .. i felt the kick in the drums could have had alot more low end.. i like how the other drums sit in the mid, but a nice subby kick underneath what you have there could work well |

I'm loving the percs, very crisp, very groovy, awesome FX. The vocals or vox being introduced are really cool. The breakbeat is very groovy. The bassline is deep and very uplifting. Very common progression however.
The break has deep percussiveness awesome atmosphere. OMG The vocals are very smooth and sexy. Loving them. The arps coming in are very good, (lack of adjectives today, lol sorry). The breakbeat and the piano and the strings and the main melodies and countless other things compliments each other, its just an awesome sound.
I'm not a HUGE fan of breaks, but this song is really nice.
Continueing, the vocals are very effective in setting the mood, great job on that. The melodies and background synths again, compliment everything else quite well. And the melodies themselves are wonderful.
The second break, the vocals aren't loud enough for my taste. When the strings and synths fade back in, its very uplifting... Although once again, a common progression. The percussions are great, without them you wuoldn't have much. The new kickdrum is really nice, I like it alot. The beat makes me want to jump.
The outro works very well, I wouldn't think something like that would. But it did, great job.
Overall, awesome track mate. Loving it! Hope to hear some more work from you!
