decided to do a roadtrip to catch Radium (aka Micropoint) who is spinning at some rave on Saturday Jan 6th.
a few of us are coming up on Fri Jan 5th from teh toronto and wondering where we should hit. haven't been up to montreal in a long while.. maybe 4 or 5 years.
i remember Fous Foun Electric was an.. eclectic place / Tokyo was a chill lounge-like place... Aria is closed supposedly on the 23rd of Dec :/ bleh.
we are looking for anything electro/breaks/house/techno/trance oriented.. preferably an all-night type of atmosphere / that isn't full of either muscle-bound g-heads or full of twitchy 16 year old etards.
just wondering if anyone could give us a few pointers/tips as we will be getting up there past 11pm on friday and .. need to get our dance on. well, looking for BOTH friday/saturday, as there is only so much hardcore we'll be able to stand on the saturday . :stongue:

yah i saw the trance event posted .. that is most likely going to be our first stop when we get up there (hopefully last on the friday :D)

we are all bar/club industry staff and the only hassle you'd get from us , is requesting the busser/barbacks take a shot with us! :D

any other places to hit? lounges / cafes / any cougar bars for us to find sugar mamas for our tenure? :haha:
did a few searches for motels/hotels.. man, montreal is non-pricey in comparision to other cities :) |
