Yes.
Tea, a whole lot of water, oranges for vitamins and a good sleep.

| Honey + Lemon Juice + Hot/Warm water. Mix, drink, go to bed. Never fails to soothe a soar throat. :) |

+1 except add a spirit of some form to it (whisky, vodka, whatevs). heat up some water then add honey, then lemon juice then the hard stuff. Add the alcoholic ingredient at the end just before you drink it so it doesn't evaporate. Swallow slowly so you can feel it on your throat. It tastes rank, but does the job. |

Agreed, but I should add in the case of adding alcohol to the mix, when you go to bed, put on some pajama pants and a shirt of long underwear for example and then wrap yourself up in covers as well as you can. You'll likely spend the rest of the night sweating the cold off in your sleep. Repeat nightly as necessary. :p |

yup. lemon juice because it has load of vitamine C, honey because it softens your throat. and maybe take a paracetamol aswell before sleep. |
