Arrested Development xmas gift help

My sister (well my whole family, myself included) are huge fans of Arrested Development. For those of you who are familiar with the show, you probably remember Franklin, Gob's puppet. Well my sister is particularly obsessed with Franklin, and I was hoping to get her a Franklin puppet for xmas.
I know its a long shot, and this probably isn't the right place to ask, but I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a place I could somehow obtain a Franklin puppet or possibly get one made.
I've scoured Ebay and Google and all I've gotten is links to AD T-shirts.

seriously though. i can't make a puppet. does anyone know of any places that do make puppets though?
