I'm trying to copy a bunch of data to a brand new Maxtor 3200 Personal HD (External), but whenever I try to copy something to it, it simply writes nothing. In the bottom left hand corner of the finder window there is an icon that looks like a pencil with a line through it, and when I mouse over it, it says "No Changes." I'm assuming this is because the HD Is somehow still locked - So my question is, how do I unlock to use on any OS?
