You have like 6,8, or 10 beers throughout the night (or the equivalent in hard liquor) and you're gonna need way more than 30 mins after the club to pass a Breathalyzer test I'd imagine. |

With all this talk, I was actually afraid to have a drink at my friends house tonight (something I've never been worried about before). What is the legal limit here anyways?
In DC its ZERO tolerance (meaning not even a glass of wine w/dinner). |

| The police quota is due by January, this is why there are so many speed traps around this time (Just noticed someone posted the same thing above... not editing , off). I got pulled over the other day doing 94 in a 60.. luckly I got away with 5 over. |

i don't know the official limit but from what i know it's 0.08. To compare i had 3 or 4 drinks once and got pulled over. I blew 0.06... It depends on many other factors. Someone can get trashed of 2 drinks. |

If I remember right, I think your liver can process one glass of wine an hour? (something like that).
If you're going to drink, make sure you cab it home or drink early and coast the rest of the night (my normal practice).
But the time you want to go home, you should be well into the sober end of the scale.
If you're not sure, don't risk it! Cab it or get a ride from a friend!
[edit] or have a sober friend drive your car for you. |
