I listented to a CD that I believe was released ~1999. If I recall correctly, the album was titled "3am" or "After hours" or something to that nature. I tried locating it on amazon to no avail.
The best that I can describe the song is that it had a "popping" and drawn out beat with a good build up to a highs and lows. The tune went on for quite a while with no vocals whatsoever. I think that it may be the first song on the track.
I remember being so messed up listening to this tune and I am dying to find this song.
