P.S. If I were to upload it to yousendit, would there be an expiry on how long it will be saved on there? |

Aww that's a shame, I have 157Gigs worth of photos.
LOL WTF!!
That is a lot of hard drive space. My photos probably take 4G's.
Imma talk to my roomie and see if there is something I can do immediately and within my own accessibility first. |

if your HD is gonna pack it in, you'll need a new one.
So can't you buy a new one and then copy all your files onto the new one?
It'll take you ages to upload or whatever, in the same time you'd probably be able to turn your comp off, go to a store, buy a new one, get back, turn comp on and copy. |

yeah now that i think about it...
an external hard drive's always handy to have, you can get one at pretty much any computer store these days
it'd just plug into your usb drive and then while its plugged in act just like a normal hard drive
something like this (not recommending for or against this specific product, just an example): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16822136057 |

| Seriously Theresa, you should buy a 200GB external USB/Firewire drive, and back up your stuff. They're pretty cheap now, and very useful (especially RIGHT now). |

So my hard drive finally decided to die. Luckily I was able to save my work on my roomies comp before I lost it all.
Anyway, you can all assume that I wont be online for the next while. I have had to get the computer shop to order me a new hard drive, and I have to wait until I get paid again (christmas cleaned me out).
:(
I'll miss you guys!! |
