kids now a days haven't even heard of transformers.
its geared towards adults that used to watch transformers as kids. Its all about the nostalgic experience, just like every other comic book/old school remake. |

even if that is the case...make it more in line with the original.
Kids still play with transformers and they still have different transformer cartoons out. |

| i was hoping that they would look more like the cartoon (i.e. that video that was circulating the web of soundwave breakdancing with rumble). it would have been cool if they made it look like that! |

Yeah, Bay being attached scares me too.
Optimus looked identical and Bumble Bee was a definite upgrade in terms of appearance. As long as they have the same "personalities" and aren't that much of a stretch from their cartoon form, i dont mind. I heard Megatron is now a tank instead of a gun (which i think is another upgrade). I never understood how he transformed from a giant robot into a handgun. I think i can remember several others holding him. How did he shrink??? |
