Dayum! I'm Sad... My headphones finally gave in after 5 Years. They're customized Technics RP-DJ1200 Silver with Serato Logos on the sides... Ok, they're Serato Stickers, but you can't tell at night! Hehe
What do you guys recommend. Sony's are out of the question! I gotta remind you guys that I play on LOUD CLUB systems every week.
They broke while I was making a Spanish CD for my mom's Christmas Party.
Hmm HELP! What should I get?
I'm thinking Senheisser, Pioneer, or Technics. Or if I get Sony's, it would be the Sony's 7506.
:wtf: |

Let me tell you a little story about the 7506's and my experience with them.
The first time I played at a "mega" club with a "mega" club sound system, I was having trouble adujusting to the shear volume of the system, and initially had thought my 7506's weren't going to be loud enough so I brought my Pio cans as well.
I got up for my timeslot and started to cue up my first mix, and realized "Holy , it's not so easy to hear in here!" All I could hear out of the 7506's were a strong kick and the highs, basically nothing else. So I quick yanked them out, threw in the Pio's, and tried to cue up a record.
I you not when I say I instantly unplugged the pio's and went back to the 7506's - Even in a setting where I couldn't hear a ton of what was coming out of the cans, I could easily tell the difference in quality. I eventually got used to the system and how to use my cans on it, and it was smooth sailing from there on out. :)
I know it probably doesn't apply to everyone - I was just looking for an excuse to tell the story :p |

Sennies HD25. But do try before you buy because the flat response and Outside noise isolation is not for everyone. 7506s are good too.
Don't get the Technics they are crap, sound is terrible, very muddy.
Cheers
