So since i finally started getting my DJ and studip equipment. DJ is mostly Complete, need to replace the mixer but thats later. Production wise trigger finger is here, next is Axiom 61 and Behringer BCR2000 and BCF2000. Buying all this stuff i decided to make a table for myself that will accomodate all of the equipment and give me a nice space to work in also.
Here is what i have come up with. Please tell me what you think of it, weather something needs to be changed or is it ok like this. Any kind of info will help before i take the hammer, saw and rest of things in my own hands.

Neat :) I've been wanting to do something like this myself.
A couple things I noticed:
1. Where the PC is located (with the keyboard), you might not want storage right there if you plan on using a chair (your legs will hit it).
2. You should consider raising the monitors up to ear level (when DJ'ing standing up).
3. Having the TT's way off to the side might make riding the pitch a little difficult. It might make sense to bring the TT's in, and put the CDJ's on brackets/stands. |

The pc will be under keyboard on the side, totally forgot about it. ill change it and post back the pictures.
As for the CDJ's i cant find the bracket in bahrain, maybe ill get some person who does work with metal to make me some.
Monitors will be moved to ear lever. Thanks for the input.

| I'd consider dropping the computer part to sitting level, and extending the DJ section out more to accommodate for a chair. I've never liked playing piano standing up. |

you gotta work out some measurements.
If those shelves below your decks are for vinyl, 3 shelves is too many. Either your vinyl won't fit or you're a giant and need a high desk.
Each shelf (2 of) on my booth is 390mm high, with a 18mm actual shelf, 35mm surface for the top, and the bottom shelf is about 85mm off the floor.
The entire thing is about 920mm tall, and thats perfect for a 5'10"-5'11" guy like me.
That 390mm shelf is perfect for vinyl, gives about 3 inches breathing room above them, and they sit in a box. If they aren't in a box its about 3.5 inches space.
To try to make that a bit more understandable, here's what i mean:

I did just take a couple of new pics but my phone just managed to crash my laptop:wtf:
I agree with above, drop the computer side down to sitting height and remove the shelves below it so you can sit rathaer than have to stand.
Also yeah, raise those monitors up a bit. (Before anyone says anything about mine, I have raised them up and they are tall speakers so I can get away with having them a little low) |

The whole table is for sitting down, or standing up doesnt matter. My chair will be a big one, custom made, so that when i sit on it the table will be on the proper height or when i stand then also it will be on proper height.

I didnt make the table based on measurements, but i'hve taken the measurements seperately for turntable, mixer etc, so the image is not designed on the measurements but when the table is made, the measurements will be used.
Yeah, might remove the shelves under the pc as i dont have much vinyl but i just put it there so that i can use that storage when i get more vinyl. Anyways ill remove the stoprage under pc come to think of it i wont use it, as for the shelves under DJ side, it will be used for vinyl and any other odd things like reciever or stuff like that.
THanks for input guys, Keep em coming.
