It is, and it's part of its charm. It hasn't changed in 20 years. I grew up in St-Laurent, and going do Decarie Hot Dog after school was a tradition for a 50c hot dog and 50c bag of fries with my last dollar, if I haven't spent it all at Fonzie's. |
